Barr Environmental’s chosen charity for the last two years has been Whitleleys Retreat. This local charity carries out amazing work by providing a retreat for children and young people with cancer and life changing illnesses where amazing memories are created for the whole family. Families can enjoy a range of bonding activities such as, caring for/ playing with/ discovering different animals, art and gardening and they can also take part in holistic, recreational and music sessions.

Barr have continued to support a number of initiatives for this amazing local charity. Most recently several members of the Barr Environmental team have signed up to assist Whiteleys in their bag packing fundraising event which will take place between the 20^th and 24^th of December at both Ayr town centre and Heathfield, Marks and Spenser’s stores, pop in and say hello!
